I'm the founder and CEO of Ventizo, where I help organizations turn AI vision into practical execution and measurable business results.

I advise leaders on strategy, priorities, and implementation, and support teams in translating plans into software, AI tools, and digital solutions that fit real operational needs.

I hold an MSc in Economics and Business from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Before founding Ventizo, I built my career in international banking as a Business Analyst and Business Developer, designing global Payments and Cash Management solutions and investment products.

I also focus on education, training, and knowledge transfer, so teams can adopt new technologies with confidence and create lasting impact.
